Russ and I have been working for the last 4 months on the  GAME PLAY exhibition.  The work is starting to arrive and we will be installing in a week.  I love Chris Collins Bronze Sculpture Atari Remote #1.  I spent a great deal of my 11th year playing Adventure with my dad, which you can now get as a flash game. Game Play should surprise and delight all those entertained by games of all fashion. Over 30 artists from across the globe will share their work during the exhibition at the Criss Library H. Don and Connie J. Osborne Gallery.

10 days until Interact opens. Lynn and Cynthia are arriving in the next few days and install will begin.  I will be posting updates of the install progress and documenting the process.  850 postcards went out today, even in the 21st century of web 2.0 getting a postcard in your hand is still exciting.  a 4 x6 inch piece of paper that somehow marks the existence of something in the world becuase of its embodied state – Hi, I am a little paper snippet of what is coming.  No matter how wired we get, I do not think I will ever be able to give up the little pieces of paper.

2010 is lining up with two exhibitions this spring and several summer and fall projects in the works.  I decided that t a new twenty ten site was in order.  After years of an old school html site I have upgraded to the wordpress platform and all the best of web 2.o.  I think I have reached my goal of a basic site framework by the end of 01-01-2010 by 30 seconds.

2010 I love you already.
